2. Subscription, Fees, and Billing

A. All-Inclusive Monthly Plan
Our standard comprehensive WordPress package is structured as a subscription service starting at $70 per month.

  • $0 Upfront Cost: We offer a $0 down development framework for qualifying projects. Initial website design and development costs are absorbed into your monthly subscription structure.
  • Flat-Rate Transparency: Your monthly fee is a flat rate covering design, hosting, basic SEO optimization, ongoing monthly updates, a free SSL certificate, and 24/7 phone and email support. No hidden or unannounced fees will be applied.

 

B. Custom Tiers and Adjustments
Custom WordPress projects, full-scale e-commerce architectures, or dedicated business automation configurations will be billed according to a mutually agreed-upon custom rate.

C. Billing Cycle & Payments
Subscription fees are processed on a recurring monthly basis via secure, third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. Failure to process monthly payments may result in the temporary suspension of your website hosting and maintenance services.

3. "Cancel Anytime" & Termination Policy

We believe in maintaining client relationships based entirely on satisfaction, not restrictive contracts.

  • No Lock-In Contracts: You may request to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel your services, you must provide written notice to our team via info@inceptial.tech prior to your next automated billing cycle.
  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, ongoing services—including premium website hosting, active maintenance, daily backups, and 24/7 technical monitoring—will cease at the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Development & Project Workflow

To deliver high-performing websites efficiently, we adhere to a collaborative four-step operational process:

  • Free Consultation: We evaluate your business goals and current performance data with zero financial obligation.
  • Design & Approval: We develop custom mockups and design layouts based on your input. Nothing goes live without your explicit approval and sign-off.
  • Build & Launch: Our team builds the production-ready WordPress site and coordinates deployment with zero downtime.
  • Grow & Optimize: Following deployment, we execute ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization adjustments covered by your subscription.

5. Website Audits and Tool Usage

When utilizing our Free Website Audit tool, you grant Inceptial Technologies permission to query your provided URL and analyze its publicly accessible performance data (including Core Web Vitals like LCP, CLS, and TBT).

  • Audit reports and optimization strategies are diagnostic recommendations generated based on current web standards.
  • You agree to use our diagnostic tools only for websites you own or are legally authorized to evaluate.

6. Client Warranties and Content Responsibilities

As a client, you retain the rights to, and assume full legal responsibility for, all text, images, logos, and materials you provide to us for inclusion on your website. You warrant that:

  • You own or have obtained the necessary legal licenses and permissions for all provided content.
  • Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or legal rights of any third party.

7. Service Level Guarantees and Limitations

We are dedicated to maintaining industry-leading standards for our clients:

  • Uptime Support: We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee for websites hosted on our infrastructure.
  • Technical Support: All subscription tiers include access to our 24/7 phone and email support lines.
  • Limitations: While we implement rigorous protocols to optimize site speed (targeting 2.5× faster loading) and security metrics, digital performance can fluctuate based on localized user environments, third-party network outages, or unscheduled global platform updates. Inceptial Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from temporary site interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with any operational agreements or service subscriptions executed with Inceptial Technologies, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced strictly in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any legal disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms—including their validity, invalidity, breach, or termination—that cannot be resolved amicably through mutual executive consultation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pakistan.
